How can it carry the risk of nicotine addiction when the person using it is ALREADY addicted to nicotine?Health Canada is comparing this to not smoking at all. That’s like saying that diet? soda is not as healthy as pure water, while dismissing the fact that it isn’t AS BAD AS regular soda.The question isn’t “is an e-cigarette as good as not smoking at all,” the question is, “is an e-cigarette AS BAD AS smoking traditional cigarettes?”

As a non-smoker I can say that I’d a lot rather the guy at the next table were puffing on one of these than on a regular cancer stick.It is of course best to not start smoking in the first place, and the next best thing is to quit altogether.?
