Well I only got 5 carts with the starter kit and ive had it about 3 months now so they are starting to look a bit minging and I find that a fresh cart gives you a smoother draw. Maybe its just me! lol
cheers pal and cant wait for the screwdriver review.

hi mate,

if you prefer to direct drip then why dont you just keep hold of the carts and use them? you could simply remove the small inner cart or remove and rinse the wool then replace. you would never need to buy another cart again! lol

cheers,

scott

thanx alot scott.
I find I dont realy refill my carts. once used up i tend to just direct drip, so its a bit of a pain in the arse having to pay out for pre filled ones.
much appreciated!

hi mate,

i cant find anywhere that sells blank pilot m401 carts unfortunately. you might just have to buy prefilled ones, then wash the wool and refill with your e-liquid of choice.

e-cigs co uk sell pilot, 901, 801, 510 and rn4081 carts at a good price. click the link in the youtube description or go to my website to get a 5% discount.

hi mate,

the battery takes about 2 hours to fully charge and then it will give you about 4 hours of moderate vaping time…….longer if you dont use it heavily.
each cartridge is about the equivelant of 4 – 5 cigarettes before thet need to be replaced or topped up with e-liquid. the starter kit comes 5 tobacco flavoured carts……2 high, 2 medium and 1 low.

cheers,

scott

ps…checkout the discounts page on my website!

Hi Scott this one seems good to me with a nice design,

How long last the battery ? I mean it last with a number of draggs limited or last for hours ?

How long do I have to charge the battery to use the full cartridge ?

Do you know what is the strenght and flavour of the cartridge they sell with the starter pack ?

Cheers

hi mate,

you will need a PC or a usb mains adaptor to be able to use the usb charger.
the Pilot is classed as a “super mini” e-cig rather than a pen style (pen style e-cigs are very large in comparison).
ALL e-cigs have an average cart life of 4 – 5 cigarettes worth of vaping. suppliers who say one cart is equal to 15 – 20 cigarettes are not to be trusted!!

scott

Do you know if I can use the usb charger anywhere ? I mean I live in france.
Does it work in france?

Do I need necessarily a computer to charge the pilot ?

I read that a pen ecigg like the pilot I guess is the equivalent of 15 cigarettes, is that true ?

Thank you.

14 igetcha69 February 19, 2010 at 02:13

hi mate,

its a tough choice as they all have their own merits. titan has great vapour, evo has great battery life and the pilot also has great battery life plus good looks!

good luck with your decision……..you will be happy with any of the 3 you mentioned!

cheers,

scott

15 lewisgrant1001 February 19, 2010 at 02:29

Hey mate,
Im trying to decide Between the Pilot/Evo or the TITAN.
Please help!
Cheers

16 igetcha69 February 19, 2010 at 02:49

hi mate,

to be honest ive got quite a few favourites that i use on a regular basis. i tend to have a different flavour in each!

i like the titan for its MASSIVE vapour, the dse084 for its realism and the pilot/evo for their battery life.

take a look at my reviews and see what one suits you best.

cheers,

scott

17 markbirdie February 19, 2010 at 03:08

Thanks scott, found it. Which one out of the ones you have reviewed, would you recommend as the best?

18 igetcha69 February 19, 2010 at 04:05

hi mate,

go to:-

e-cigs co uk

then click ” e-shop”

then look for “pilot personal vapouriser” in the products list on the lefthand side panel.

cheers,

scott

19 markbirdie February 19, 2010 at 04:51

I cant find this on the web link, is it a mini cig?

20 igetcha69 February 19, 2010 at 04:59

hi mate,

sadly not. its black or stainless steel silver.

but to be honest, white e-cigs can cause problems when used in public places as it look s just like a real ciggie.

if you have a black one with blue led, then people just look bewildered! lol

21 mari916 February 19, 2010 at 05:41

Great review! Does this model come in white?

22 igetcha69 February 19, 2010 at 06:00

hi mate,

the one in this video is a model M401 Pilot e-cig.

im pretty certain that the pen style e-cig you have is a model DSE801 / RN4072

cheers,

scott

23 vexun11 February 19, 2010 at 06:54
