I just got the Blu-cigg and I've been having trouble with the battery going out every hour or so and I don't get a descent hit unless I've JUST changed the flavor cartridge. After tons and tons of online research, I've come to the same conclusion as you guys. Blu customer service blows, wait time on processing/shipping blows. The vapor has good taste, but not much mass.
